CSRL Super 30

The flagship project Super 30 is a transformative educational initiative by CSRL, designed to empower aspiring engineers and doctors from underprivileged backgrounds. Through this program, students receive free, high-quality coaching and mentorship to prepare for the rigorous IIT JEE and NEET exams.

Super 30 is centered around the holistic development of its students. The program offers in-depth coaching in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology, delivered by a team of highly experienced and dedicated faculty members. Beyond academic excellence, the program emphasizes the development of critical aptitude skills essential for success in competitive exams.

Holistic Development through Expert Mentorship

Peer learning is a hallmark of the Super 30 program. Students not only study together but also grow together, developing teamwork, mutual respect, and a strong sense of community. The environment fosters discipline and personal responsibility, shaping students into well-rounded individuals ready to tackle the challenges of both academic and personal life.

Since the first Super 30 unit was established in Kanpur in 2009 with the support of GAIL India Ltd., the program has expanded significantly. Today, we proudly operate 33 centres across India, providing opportunities to over 1,000 students annually.

Administration

Each Super 30 centre is meticulously structured to ensure the safety, well-being, and academic success of our students. The centres are secure environments for both boys and girls, with digital monitoring systems in place to oversee all activities. No outside individuals are allowed entry, ensuring a safe and focused atmosphere.

An Administrative Residential Mentor oversees daily operations, while the mess staff provides healthy, hygienic meals, maintains cleanliness, and attends to other daily needs. Our dedicated faculty conducts rigorous academic classes, supported by a Project Officer who manages administrative tasks, including class schedules, medical needs, and any additional requirements.

To keep parents informed, regular parent-teacher meetings are organized to share students' progress. The centres also encourage extracurricular activities and outings, organized by the administration, to ensure students have a well-rounded experience.

School Projects

Education means a lot in everyone's life as it facilitates our learning, knowledge, and skill. It completely changes our mind and personality and helps us to attain positive attitudes. CSRL with the help and support of Numaligarh Refinery Ltd, Golaghat, Assam and DPS Management Committee, Numaligarh runs Remedial and Mentoring Classes for the students of class VIII to class XII. CSRL runs two centres under this project One centre is located at Delhi Public School for its students while another is located at Pongka Rupram High School, for the students who are living in nearby villages and studying in govt.-run schools.

Under this project, CSRL provides remedial classes (Foundation) for students of class 8th to 12th where they get special teaching and mentoring from expert teachers in Physics, Chemistry, Math and Biology of respective standards. Under Advanced remedial and mentoring classes, students of 11th and 12th class get dedicated coaching and mentoring with a focus on improving their overall performance and enable them to score high marks in Board Exams and also get selected for IIT/NIT/AIPMT/NEET.

CSLR had started Remedial and Mentoring Classes in (2017-18) and just concluded session is its second batch with two centres under this project. A total of around 500 students got mentored and benefited in these two sessions.

Project Prabal

Prabal is an exclusive program for the children of our Jawans. The aim is to support these students in their early stage and help them build a stable professional career through one year of free residential coaching and mentoring for preparation of NEET/JEE. In this project, students will be provided boarding, food, coaching, medical care, personality development etc.

This program will not only bring career transformation of the students but will also be a beautiful gesture of gratitude to the brave hearts of our motherland, who apart from protecting the borders, are very much active and supportive in every other adversity be it disaster, flood, earthquakes, cyclones or rescue operations.

Indian soldiers also travel across the regions of the world to maintain peace and order. It is reported that there are about 25,000 military personnel have been martyred in fighting to save the country. It is a supreme sacrifice for the nation but it is also a disaster in the lives of soldier’s families and dependents. We believe, it is the right time to stand, support and salute the armed personnel, war heroes and their families and that’s how Prabal was conceptualize

Eligibility Criteria

Should be son/daughter of Officer/serving/retired Jawan or JCO of the Indian army.
Should be Pass-out from Class 12th in the year 2021/2022/2023(NEET) or 2023(JEE).
The candidate should have Physics/Maths/Chemistry & Biology in Class 12th
Should be willing to take one year of drop and prepare for the entrance examination.
Should be able to qualify the selection process i.e. written test and Interview of CSRL.
